Managed Services - All Inclusive

Computer NetworkThis plan is for the business that doesn't want to think about their computer network at all.  Unlimited onsite time (as needed) and equipment replaced on a 3-5 year schedule.

System monitoring 24/7

All equipment attached to the computer network (servers, workstations, printers, access points, switches, routers, etc.) are monitored 24/7. The monitor system sends updates to both client and Pineywoods Computer so issues can be addressed before a serious problem develops.

Disaster Recovery Plan

It is said the only sure things in life are death and taxes; however, now we have to add to the list that your hard drive will crash. Part of agreement is to develop a Disaster Recovery Plan with the customer. We offer multiple solutions both on-site and off-site. Regardless of the solution chosen, Pineywoods Computer will monitor and verify the integrity of your data so that when that day happens, recovery won't be a disaster.

Malware/Virus monitoring and prevention 24/7

Any malware/virus removal is included in the agreement at no extra charge.

Weekly maintenance

On all workstation/server hard drives (includes disk cleanup and defragmentation)

Weekly patch management

Program and operating system updates – many issues with computers are the result of not installing needed updates.

At least once per quarter to physically inspect and clean all equipment

Rather than compressed air that spews dust into the air, a special computer vacuum is used.
NOTE: DO NOT USE A REGULAR HOUSEHOLD VACUUM ON ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT – VACUUMS CREATE STATIC ELECTRICITY THAT CAN DESTROY CIRCUIT BOARDS.
Includes proper cleaning chemicals for monitors.
Includes dusting and cleaning printers.

Scheduled Weekly On-site Non-Emergency Service / Maintenance

Non-Scheduled Remote Assistance

Unscheduled service call on-site.

Pricing

Pricing must be done on a quote basis. Typically, expect $75-$125 per employee per month. That covers all on-site and remote maintenance and troubleshooting, software upgrades (does not include software licenses), and hardware/infrastructure (workstations, tablets, servers, switches, routers, etc.) updates/refreshes (all equipment replaced over a 3-5 year schedule). A company with 1 location, 25 employees, 2 servers, and an onsite SAN (Storage Area Network) would run 2500/month.
